Welcome to Acmamall.com, a dream that I am never
expected to grow beyond my imagination. As a little boy, I never fail to
keep reading new books to intrigue the mind. When I was studying in
Melbourne, I found the power of online shopping as I was unable to get
products that I needed. Also, shopping malls were far away and often packed
with cars that turned me off from shopping.
This sparked the idea of Acmabooks.com. From our humble
beginnings in 2000, we began our online shopping vision to serve the
Malaysia and Singapore customers selling 1,000,000 books. Today,
Acmabooks.com has been renamed Acmamall.com, and we now proudly serve the
region of 10 countries and across the globe, offering varieties of books,
beauty, apparel and flowers online for your browsing pleasure.

I think you guys have done a wonderful job in your webpage and the selection of books.

However, i think the awareness of Acmamall in the public is not very good. I think you should do more marketing to promote your webpage. I have recommended my sister in Penang to use your webpage and she really likes it as she does not have to come to KL/Spore to search for her children books.

I wish to compliment on your company's excellent customer service and logistic department! Had ordered a book that was delivered yesterday noon, but I was out for lunch. Saw the notification note and called back your customer officer(a lady) and told her about it, ask if still can arrange for delivery on the day itself; she says will arrange and get back to me!(Nice, not many Co does that). During the next 3 hr, I get call from her, your logistic department and the delivery man updating me on progress. As I had to leave my home by 1815hrs, I was told the delivery might not make it as he's doing delivery in town. But to my delight, he made it by 1815hrs! I really appreciate it as that means I need not wait over the long holiday/weekend and can have my book with me to browse for the next few days! Thumbs up to acma and the great employees who made my day! :)
