1. What are Cashdollars?

Cashdollars are rebates issued to members for their purchases. Members can use these Cashdollar rebates to offset their future purchases with Acmamall. Members are given 5% rebate in Cashdollars for their purchases upon payment of the order. Taxes, shipping, administrative fees however, are not granted 5%.

2. What is an example of a Cashdollar issuance?

For example, a Singapore member spends S$50 on a book purchase. The following items will then be charged:

Book Item		50.00
Shipping		4.00
GST		2.70
Total		56.70

Cashdollars will only be calculated based on the book item. Upon payment of the order, the member will receive 50.00 x 0.05 = $2.50 Cashdollar. This Cashdollar will be deposited into a member's goldbox account. In the subsequent purchase, a member can either use the Cashdollars to offset $2.50 off the purchase amount, or continue to accumulate the Cashdollars before using them.

4. When do I get Cashdollars?

We are now issuing cash dollars immediately after each order. You will receive an email stating that it has been issued. And you will be able to use your cash dollars instantly.

5. Can I use Cashdollars during promotional periods?

Absolutely! There is no restriction on Cashdollars as to when you can utilise them. If and when there are periods of storewide promotions or special offers, you can use your Cashdollars. After all, you earned these Cashdollars and they are regarded as much as real cash in Acmamall.

6. Can I utilise both my Cashdollars and Vouchers?

Yes you can, provided that the vouchers meet the minimum requirements, after factoring the Cashdollars.

7. Can I transfer my Cashdollars to member's account?

No, there can be no transfer of Cashdollars between accounts.

8. When do my Cashdollars expire?

Cashdollars do not have an expiry date. They are just combined into your goldbox, waiting for you to utilise them.

9. Can I use my Cashdollars with other merchants?

No, Cashdollars are only used in the retail store at www.Acmamall.com. For Singapore orders, members cannot use Cashdollars to offset their purchases at the Book Search Service.
