1. Promotion is
valid from 1st November 2009 to 31st December 2009 (both dates
inclusive).
2. To start
shopping and
use the Discount Code, HSBC credit cardholders must sign up as a member at Acmamall’s Singapore website and charge their purchases to an HSBC
Credit Card.
For the avoidance of doubt, “Discount Code” means collectively HSBC.
3. Only HSBC credit cards
issued in Singapore are eligible to use the
Discount Code.
Any
customers whose Cards are not from HSBC, and make their
purchase
using this Discount Code are not entitled to the discounts
and will be charged the full amount of the Products.
4. The
Discount Code are valid for purchase of Book items on Acmamall’s
Singapore website (“Website”) only.
5. HSBC
credit cardholders will enjoy 35% discount on the
Product’s RRP published on the Website, where the Discount Code “HSBC”
must be entered on the “Review Shopping Cart” page.
6. The
Discount Code cannot be exchanged for cash or other products or
services.
7. Only
one (1) Discount Code may be used at any time.
8. The
Discount Code “HSBC” will override any prevailing discounts
offered on Acmamall’s Singapore website.
9. All offers are
subject to Acmamall e-Stores Pte Ltd’s (the “Merchant”) terms
and conditions. Please check with the Merchant for details. HSBC is not an agent of the
Merchant and
makes no representation as to the quality of goods and services
provided. Any dispute about quality or performance of the
product and/or service is to be resolved directly with the
Merchant.
10. HSBC and the Merchant may at any time vary, modify, add or
delete any of the terms and conditions governing any of the
offers, including withdrawing the offer and/or substituting the
offer with an item of equivalent value, without prior
notice at their sole and absolute discretion.
11. In
case of a dispute, HSBC’s decision will be
final.
