Terms and Conditions
1. Promotion
is valid from 10 November 2009 to 28 February 2010 (both dates
inclusive).
2. Only
Standard Chartered Credit Card and eCash (collectively “Cards”) Cardmembers (collectively “Cardmembers”) whose Cards are
issued in Brunei
are eligible to use the Discount Codes for this promotion. Any
Cardmember whose Cards are not issued in Brunei and purchase
the Products from the website are not entitled to the discounts
and will be charged the full amount of the Products.
3. The
individual Discount Codes of SCBBOOK, SCBBEAUTY and SCBFOX are valid for purchase of
Books, Beauty or FOX Apparels items respectively on Acmamall’s Brunei website (“Website”) only.
4. To
use the Discount Codes, Cardmembers must sign up as a member at
Acmamall’s Brunei website and charge their purchases to a
Standard Chartered Credit Card or eCash Card issued in Brunei.
For the avoidance of doubt, “Discount Codes” means collectively
SCBBOOK, SCBBEAUTY or SCBFOX.
5. The
discounts are as follows:

For purchase of any amount
of Book items, Cardmembers will enjoy 32% discount on the
Product’s RRP published on the Website. Discount Code “SCBBOOK”
must be entered on the “Review Shopping Cart” page.

For purchase of any amount
of Beauty items, Cardmembers will enjoy 32% discount on the
Product’s RRP published on the Website. Discount Code “SCBBEAUTY”
must be entered on the “Review Shopping Cart” page. Plus
free shipping for all beauty orders.

For purchase of any amount
of FOX Apparels items, Cardmembers will enjoy 15%
discount on the
Product’s RRP published on the Website. Discount Code “SCBFOX”
must be entered on the “Review Shopping Cart” page.
6. The
Discount Codes cannot be exchanged for cash or other products or
services.
7. Only
one (1) Discount Code may be used at any time. Please
separate your Books, Beauty and FOX apparels orders to enjoy these
offers.
8. The
Discount Codes
used will override any prevailing discounts
offered on Acmamall’s Brunei website.
9. Only
Cashdollars, Refund e-Vouchers and Gift Vouchers can be used if
the Discount Code is activated.
10. Discount
Codes cannot be used once they have expired.
11. All offers are
subject to Acmamall e-Stores Pte Ltd’s (the “Merchant”) Terms
and Conditions. Please check with the Merchant for details.
Standard Chartered Bank is not an agent of the merchant and
makes no representation as to the quality of goods and services
provided. Any dispute about quality or performance of the
product and/or service is to be resolved directly with the
Merchant.
12. Standard
Chartered Bank and the Merchant may at any time vary, modify,
add or delete any of the Terms and Conditions governing any of
the offers, including withdrawing the offer and/or substituting
the offer with an item of equivalent or similar value, without
prior notice at their sole and absolute discretion.
13. In
case of a dispute, Standard Chartered Bank’s decision will be
final. |
