What are the Payment Modes for the Purchases?
Presently, we accept the following payment options:
1. VISA/MASTERCARD ONLINE (All countries) - Acmamall uses the various payment gateway providers for Visa/Mastercard online transactions:

Paypal - All countries (select 'Paypal' when checking out)

Maybankard.Net MY - Malaysia (select 'Maybankard.Net' when checking out)

For Singapore, Brunei and Malaysia only, Visa / Mastercard transactions can also be accepted via phone. Select 'Visa by Phone' or 'Mastercard by Phone' when checking out. Please contact us upon order confirmation.

Note: Visa Electron and Mastercard Electronic debit cards may not work with Paypal or Maybankard.NET. Please confirm with your issuing bank for online transactions.

2. AMERICAN EXPRESS - Malaysia only

For Malaysia only, American Express transactions can only be accepted via phone. Select 'American Express by Phone' when checking out. Please contact us upon order confirmation.


3. PAYPAL (All countries): You can use Paypal to pay for Acmamall purchases. Please select 'Paypal' when checking out. More about Paypal.
   
4. CHEQUE (Malaysia/Singapore only): You can submit payment with these options, addressing the cheque to the respective companies with your name, contact number and order number on the reverse. Please do not send post-dated cheque. In addition, do take note to cross the cheque with two parallel lines on the top left corner on the front of the cheque. After that, you can mail to the address mentioned below:

5. MONEY ORDER / WANG POS (Malaysia): You can submit payment with these options, addressing the cheque to the respective companies with your name, contact number and order number on the reverse. Please do not send post-dated payment. After that, you can mail to:

6. DIRECT BANK-IN (Malaysia only) - You can also send us a telegraphic transfer or direct bank-in in MYR for Malaysian orders. Select 'Cheque or Money Order' when you arrive at the payment page. Alternatively, you can make a direct bank-in. Please transfer the amount to:

7. MAYBANK2U.COM INTERNET BANKING (Malaysia only). You can use your Maybank Malaysia Personal Savings or Current Internet Banking Account. Select "Maybank2u.com Internet Banking" and follow the prompts to make your purchases. Your payment will be processed straight away and an “order confirmation email” will be sent to you to confirm that the order has been completed.

How is the final billing derived?
From time to time, we would be conducting promotions that will offer higher discount rates. The RRP is quoted SGD (Singapore), BND (Brunei), MYR (Malaysia), AUD (Australia), NZD (New Zealand), HKD (Hong Kong) and USD (Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia and International Webstore). Additional charges include freight and local government taxes. Freight charges will be explained under shipping information.
How do I know my payment transaction is secure?
We strive to ensure that every credit card transaction occurs within a secure environment. It has a 128-bit SSL security encryption certification awarded by Thawte. You can see the transaction is secure if you see a keylock on at bottom right of your web browser. We do not retain your credit card information after your order is complete. Rather, it is submitted directly to our banks. You can rest assured that with each purchase your credit card or bank account information is secured.
