Acmamall is highly committed to protecting the privacy of those using our site and the confidentiality of the personal information which our customers provide us with. The information we collect is used to process your order. Beyond that we only use personal information if volunteered or authorised by you.
Contact information from the order form is used to send orders to our customers. It is also used to get in touch with the customer to inform them of the delivery status of the book orders. Customers are given the option to opt-out of receive marketing mails in the My Accounts page. Any financial information collected is used to bill the user for products bought from Acmamall.
Acmamall will never sell personal information or share personal information with third parties unless these are involved to fulfill your order. Our employees and associated companies are obliged by us to respect confidentiality. Your personal information is safe with Acmamall. When you place orders, we offer the use of a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us.

When an account is created with Acmamall, the customer provides the following information:

- Interest groups
During purchasing, the customer provides the additional following information:
- Credit Card Number
- Delivery Address
- Billing Address
- Titles of items purchased from us

Using collected information
Acmamall uses this information as follows:
- Fulfillment of orders
- Provision of information for status of item ordered
- To contact via phone or email to inform you of delivery of items ordered
- To email on marketing offers. This is only done if the customer has opted to receive information on interest groups
- To bill customers on orders and track sales figures

Changing of personal information
Customers are able to update their details. They have to go to the My Account page and the customer's details can be changed. For customers wishing to opt out of the marketing emails, they have to enter the Interest Groups page and uncheck the boxes of interest groups.

Privacy of Minors
Acmamall do not collect information from a child without the consent of the child's parent. Before signing up an account with Acmamall, children under 16 must obtain parent consent.
Provider will not be held liable for any act that is conducted by a minor while using Acmamall e-Stores. It may hold Parents of the minor liable for any actions that is conducted by the minor while using Acmamall e-Stores as defined as fraudulent behaviour.
