As the products offered on Acmamall.com are served by different suppliers, there will be different modes of delivery, different delivery charges and different delivery times. Orders are separated according to product categories for clarity and convenience.

Acmamall.com will strive to find the best combination of product categories to ensure your products are delivered in the quickest time and with the cost savings in shipping.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are based on the types of products that you purchase with Acmamall.com. Please refer to the table below for more information.

Beauty: Fragrances include a 10% packaging charge to conform to international deliveries.
Beauty: Fragrances may take up to an additional 7 working days to deliver due to custom inspection and clearance.

Books / Beauty: Acmamall uses the local post office as its courier agent for delivery. Please check for any shipping restrictions that might apply.

Singapore

Books / Flowers / Beauty : No delivery to Changi Airport, Changi Airport Terminal, Seletar Airport, Offshore islands, Jurong Islands, Military Airbases/ Installations, Prisons, PSA Ports, Construction Sites as well as PO Boxes. Please contact us to arrange for a delivery at an alternative address in Singapore mainland itself.

Malaysia

Books / Beauty: No delivery to PO Boxes, Military camps, construction sites and any other restricted areas. You can always contact us to arrange for a delivery at an alternative address.

Flowers: Acmamall are unable to deliver to East Malaysia for flower products. Acmamall is also unable to deliver to addresses outside 40km of the city center, rural areas, PO Boxes, Prisons, military camps, construction sites and any other restricted areas. Please contact us during Mondays to Fridays to confirm your address is a deliverable address.

Brunei

Beauty: Acmamall uses PosLaju as its courier agent for delivery. Please check with PosLaju for any shipping restrictions that might apply.

Books: Books will be delivered straight from our warehouse in the USA. In the case that books are held by the customs / post office, customers are to pick the book from the nearest post office. Please check with local post office for any shipping restrictions that might apply.

All Countries

For Books, Beauty, Apparel and Shoes:

Due to the high volumes of products running through our warehouse processing, we highly discourage any change of delivery address once your order is submitted. As such, we would like to encourage members to put a confirmed delivery address upon purchase.

Please be aware that an administrative fee may be imposed for changes of delivery address after order confirmation.

For Flowers and Beauty:

We apologise that once an order is made for flowers, there can be no further changes to delivery address.

FAQ on the delivery policy:

Q. Books only: I have ordered 3 books, do they ship together or separately?

A. In a bid to speed up our shipments, we now ship out partially. If 1 book has arrived first, we will ship out that book first without waiting for the other 2 to arrive.

Q. If I have multiple products in an order, eg. Books, Beauty and Flowers, how will my items be shipped?

A. Shipping fees are imposed as declared in the shipping table above. In terms of multiple products in an order, you will find that the items will be divided into separate individual orders, grouped according to the product type. Your items will then be shipped separately based on the product type. For example, if you bought 2 books, 1 beauty and 1 Flower item, you will receive 3 separate shipments.

Q. Books only: If I ordered 3 items, 1 of which goes out-of-stock after an order is made, does that mean that I must wait for the third book to be in the warehouse before shipment is dispatched?

A. In a bid to speed up our shipments, we now ship out partially. If 1 book has arrived first, we will ship out that book first without waiting for the other 2 to arrive.

Q. What happens if I want to ship to multiple destinations for 1 order of 2 or more items?

A. Shipping fee is imposed on the basis of one order per destination. Members are advised to split their orders and make multiple purchases with different delivery addresses.

Q. What happens if I wish to self-collect my items at the Acmamall offices?

A. We apologise that self-collection is an exception at this point. Acmamall has worked on a policy of delivering orders to the customer's doorstep. Self-collecting orders at this time does not waive shipping fees, unless stated otherwise, as shipping charges are still incurred for inbound shipment from our suppliers.

Q. Books only: Can I specify a date and time for the delivery?

A. As we have outsourced our deliveries, it is difficult for us to specify a date and time for the delivery. In general practice, if there is no one at the delivery address, our outsourced courier services will leave behind a notification card, asking you to contact the respective Customer Service Officer. Upon contacting, you can reschedule a second delivery appointment, thus ensuring the fulfillment of your delivery, at the original address and during the Delivery Time. We apologize that no changes of delivery address will be allowed for the second delivery.

Q. Books only: Are there exceptions to the shipping delivery times?

A. As Acmamall.com ships out from the United States, there may be unforeseen delays like snowstorms or flight delays. Holidays in the United States, Acts of God may also cause additional delays. This delivery may not apply in such cases, of which Acmamall.com will provide explanations if such a case occurs. Please be advised that there will be no refunds allowed in this manner.
